Grundfos Industrial Park at 18.40
Crown Prince inspect Grundfos Industrial Park in Colina and participate in the inauguration of Grundfos Chile's new machine for quality control of centrifugal pumps. During the inauguration will crown prince activate the machine, the machine will begin to assemble and install pumps. Then there is the managing director Guillermo Wehmann and reception.

Crown Prince visits with representatives of Danish companies in the health care private hospital Clínica Alemana, is nominated for Latin America's second best hospital. After presentation of the hospital and tour hospital for children, the President of Confederation of Danish Industries introduce the Danish competencies within the health sector.

Children's library in Valparaíso at 10.40
Crown Princess visit with a Spanish school class the "Danish" children's library in Valparaíso, which 10 years ago was created by the Danish school teacher Anne Hansen. Announcing the launch of three new Danish children's books in Spanish, children library manager Anne Hansen read from one of the books and Crown Princess answer questions from school children. Crown Princess distribute copies of the book to school children and presented using guided tour of the library for a child container project.
Santiago
Isla Negra - Pablo Neruda's home at 12.10
Crown Prince visits by poet Pablo Neruda's home and presented to a Danish-Chilean poetry project where five Danish and five Chilean poets have worked together in Pablo Neruda's house on translation and publication of a Danish-Chilean poetry anthology. Following the visit, the royal couple see the poet's grave.
Maersk Container Industry at 15.25
Crown Prince inspect Maersk Container Industry in San Antonio, where a refrigerated container factory is under construction. The factory, which is the largest Danish investment in Chile to date and the first of its kind in South America, to serve the market throughout the continent, where there is great demand for food transport refrigerated. After inspection of a refrigerated container to Crown Prince Couple display the area where the plant will be erected.
Asger Jorn exhibition at 20.00
The Crown Prince Couple participate in the opening of Asger Jorn exhibition at the Museo de Bella Artes, Chile's national museum. The Crown Prince and Crown Princess will be presented exhibition, which consists of about 100 works by the Danish artist.

The Crown Prince Couple participate in cultural dinner with the Danish Embassy in Chile as host. The dinner aims to develop and promote dialogue and contact between the Danish and Chilean arts scene.

Opening of Business Seminar at 9.15
The Crown Prince is responsible for the opening of Business Seminar at Hotel Grand Hyatt attended by Danish and Chilean companies within the food and agro-industry, cleantech, health, aquaculture and fisheries, mining industry and the maritime sector.
Opening of "Human Rights Education = Human Rights in Education?" at 10.30
Crown Princess attends the opening of the Danish-Chilean conference on human rights education "Human Rights Education = Human Rights in Education?" Museo de la Memoria. The Danish Institute for Human Rights new international training materials will be launched at the conference. After opening the Crown Princess will be presented to the museum's permanent exhibition, which bear witness to the human rights violations that took place during the military dictatorship 1973-90.

Crown Prince visits by Chilean culture Board - Dirección de Bibliotecas Archivos y Museos (DIBAM) - to witness the signing of a Danish-Chilean agreement on the exchange of museum curators. The agreement signed by Chilean side of the Director Magdalena Krebs, DIBAM and the Danish side by Anne Mette Rahbæk Warburg, Culture Agency.

Crown Prince visits F.L. Smidth and is responsible for the official inauguration of its new "Super Center" for spare parts and customer service in the Atacama Desert in northern Chile.
European Southern Observatory (ESO) Paranal at16.00
Crown Prince visits by the European Southern Observatory, Paranal, in Chile's desert area, 130 km south of Antafogasta and 2635 meters above sea level. Royal Couple will during the visit display the center's telescopes. At sunset, the royal couple have showcased survey telescope and with such Danish astronomers see and explore space.
Denmark has since 1966 been part of European cooperation ESO and supports the annual organization of the research.
March 15
Inauguration of solar, Gaby mine at 10.50
Royal Couple is responsible for initiation of Gaby-mine new solar systems that are under construction. The solar heating system is the world's largest and supplied by Danish Sunmark in cooperation with the Chilean partner Ellaima.
